SHAH ALAM, Dec 12 – The Selangor State Development Corporation (PKNS) is organising the PKNS Hot Deals property sales campaign at Residensi Aurora in Selangor Cyber Valley, Cyberjaya, this Saturday.
Its Corporate Communications head Mohd Faizal Dolah said that the campaign, running from 10am to 5pm, offers various promotions and special packages for high-quality housing projects, including two- and three-story terraced houses.
“All potential PKNS property buyers will enjoy a range of attractive packages, including free legal fees for the sale and purchase agreement, stamp duty for the Memorandum of Transfer (MOT), and installation of smart home appliances worth RM15,000.
“The four types of houses, depending on the size, are priced between RM950,000 to RM1.5 million, and almost all these PKNS residences are ready for occupancy, making them an ideal choice for all our customers,” he said.
