Air Selangor calls on public to apply for free water scheme

SHAH ALAM, April 17 — Pengurusan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (Air Selangor) calls on the public to apply for the Skim Air Darul Ehsan (SADE) if they have not already done so.

The water operator said registration for the 20 cubic metres free water scheme was still open to eligible residents of the state.

“Among the requirements is that they must be Malaysian citizens and reside in Selangor with a household income of RM4,000 and below.

“Residential premises must be individual meter type and applicants are only eligible to apply for one account only,” it said on Facebook.

Air Selangor explains that those who are eligible can register at the link ssipr-daftar.selangor.gov.my/register.

SADE is a free water realignment programme for targeted groups in Selangor with a monthly household income of RM4,000 and below.

The registration session of the scheme started on September 30, 2019, until December 31, 2019, and it was implemented on March 1, last year.
