Selayang residents invited to look at 2024 MPS Budget

By Azian Aziz

SELAYANG, April 1 — The Selayang Municipal Council (MPS) is encouraging residents in its areas to take part in the council’s Budget 2024 survey, which commences online today and will run until April 22.

Its Deputy President Adi Faizal Ahmad Tarmizi said the survey will ensure MPS’ budget planning is more sustainable, comprehensive and inclusive, as well as being able to meet the needs of its stakeholders.

“We strongly welcome the involvement of residents in MPS areas to be a part of the surveys related to infrastructure, services, public and social facilities, and society.

“They can also voice their opinions on the quality of the services provided,” he said during the council’s third monthly meeting for 2023 yesterday.

Adi Faizal added he also all the councillors can inform residents in their respective zones to participate in the survey.

The survey can be completed via a link on the MPS website and its social media platforms, which will be made available today.
